Plessers, a long-established appliance retailer founded in 1919, faced challenges using open-network instant messaging that allowed external contacts, lacked uniformity, and made monitoring and user management difficult. To address these issues they evaluated and implemented Brosix, using the Brosix Instant Messenger to provide a controlled, private team communication platform.
Brosix deployed a private team network that limited external communications, gave administrators monitoring and access-control capabilities, and made adding or removing users simple. As a result, Plessers reduced the time spent on network administration, minimized non-work distractions, and improved the efficiency and oversight of internal communications with Brosix.
