Lennox Residential Heating and Cooling, a division of Lennox International, faced the challenge of managing a complex and rapidly expanding North American distribution network. The solution from Brookes provided a flexible, self-adjusting system that used statistical forecasting and machine learning to model demand and set optimized inventory targets at an SKU-location level. This integrated system automated the rebalancing of network inventories and managed deployment, which was crucial for their hub-and-spoke model and highly seasonal products.
