GuardPro, a Pacific Venture Insurance Services subsidiary focused exclusively on security guard insurance, needed a faster way to manage its growing book of business. As the agency expanded to roughly 800 accounts nationwide, its manual application and renewal process—relying on PDFs, emails, printing, scanning, and faxing—was slowing down both staff and clients.

GuardPro implemented Broker Buddha’s platform, using Smart Links, prefilled online forms, and automated reminder emails to streamline renewals and new applications. With Broker Buddha, GuardPro says it cut at least five or six steps from the renewal process, saw about 99% of clients at least start renewals right away, and virtually eliminated data-entry errors while freeing staff to focus more on sales and client relationships.
