Applied Discovery deployed Brocade 48000 Directors, Brocade 7500 Extension Switches for high-speed FCIP connectivity, and Brocade Fabric Manager to consolidate and manage its SAN. The new fabric delivered much higher port density, lower power use and a smaller footprint, enabling consolidation to the hosted site, trouble-free operations, faster access to content, and scalable growth (now supporting over a petabyte across 1,000+ client databases and 50+ SQL clusters) while maintaining SLAs.
