Plaxma solved this by combining a content strategy of infotainment plus business updates with a mobile upload tool for quick, private content submissions and the Broadsign platform (rules-based automation and Broadsign Publish) to manage distribution and local content. The result is an efficient, extensible network with high engagement—over 1,000 screens in use and 95% of screens viewed daily—making internal comms more lively, timely, and effective.
