Pets Central Media, a veterinary network placing 50"+ digital displays in clinic reception areas across Hong Kong, China and the United States, needed a scalable, locally customizable platform to educate "pet parents" and support rapid network growth. To meet that challenge the company selected Broadsign’s cloud‑based digital signage software for its global reach, customization for local markets and services team.
Broadsign’s automated CMS delivers a 30‑minute content loop (28 minutes education/entertainment, 2 minutes clinic messaging), plus integrated social‑media marketing to keep clients informed onsite and on the go. The first 200 displays will be converted by March 2017, with a planned expansion to 5,000 displays by 2019, improving content delivery and software quality across the veterinary network.
