Broadsign Selected by Ids Media to Power Healthcare Waiting Room Displays Across France

IDS Media, France’s largest out-of-home health and wellness network, partnered with ad-tech company Broadsign to digitize its Comment Ça Va? waiting‑room network and better prepare patients for appointments while promoting healthy lifestyles. The challenge was to roll out and manage dynamic, localized content across hundreds of screens countrywide—at scale and in line with French digital advertising regulations—while serving clinicians, patients and advertising partners.

Using Broadsign’s automated CMS, IDS Media initially deployed 400 screens in 100 offices (reaching 800,000 patients monthly) to display news, clinic info, health tips, quizzes and ads; the platform allows each location to show local content without manual playlist management and provides integrated reporting for transparency. The solution supports partnerships with pharma and wellness brands, achieved a 72% positive interest score in surveys, and is slated to expand to 1,500 screens across 500 locations by 2020, improving engagement, compliance and monetization.
