BroadSign Mobile Used By Xprnc Media to Bridge DOOH with Smartphones in Retail

Broadsign partnered with Xprnc Media to solve a common retail challenge: how to increase engagement with digital out-of-home (DOOH) ads in record stores and continue the conversation after shoppers leave. Xprnc, which reaches over 300,000 consumers monthly and plans to grow to 300 locations, needed a scalable platform that tapped into high in-store mobile usage and enabled deeper, measurable interaction with viewers.

Broadsign Mobile was deployed across Xprnc’s network, using QR codes and NFC tags on 55" displays that run five-minute loops to drive consumers to a mobile menu with product details, offers, streaming media and advertiser URLs. The solution boosted in-store interaction, created lasting mobile communication post-visit, attracted combined DOOH and mobile advertising budgets, and supported Xprnc’s revenue and expansion goals.
