Broadsign partnered with Flix Media (part of Cinemark) to launch and scale a cinema advertising network across Central and South America. Faced with the complexity of converting and managing hundreds of screens—542 screens in 69 locations as of December 2014, with another 800 planned in 2015—and reaching diverse local audiences (61 million annual cinema-goers, 65–80% market share in São Paulo), Flix needed a reliable preshow solution and a more efficient way to book and maintain campaigns.

Broadsign delivered its cloud-based digital signage platform and Broadsign Xpress smart player, integrating DLP projectors for auditoria and LCD/LED panels and videowalls for public areas. The rule-based, automated content management and booking system streamlined operations, enabled consistent 15-minute preshow programming to millions of patrons, supported rapid roll-out of additional screens, and improved campaign efficiency and market reach across the region.
