Case Study: Global Clearing Bank achieves real-time treasury cash management with Broadridge FXL

A Broadridge Case Study

Preview of the Global Clearing Bank Case Study

Treasury Cash Management Automation

Global Clearing Bank, a global clearing bank with nearly $400 billion in assets and operations in 28 countries and territories, was struggling with manual cash management processes, fragmented account visibility, and a lack of real-time intraday cash position data. To address rising volumes, overdraft and transaction fees, and missed investment opportunities, the bank turned to Broadridge and its FX & Liquidity Solutions (FXL) treasury cash management software.

Broadridge implemented FXL for the bank’s Amsterdam-based global treasury team in about nine months, including two months of proof-of-concept testing. The solution delivered real-time consolidated cash visibility, workflow-based processing, multi-entity support, and high-volume transaction handling, and it was proven to run in the bank’s virtual desktop environment and process more than 400 transactions per second. As a result, Global Clearing Bank significantly improved risk management, reduced fees, increased investment opportunities, and gained a scalable platform for future growth.
