Leading Bank, one of the largest banks in the world, needed a way to reconcile sensitive customer account data across multiple systems without increasing manual effort. Broadridge implemented an automated, “black-box” reconciliation process that ran weekly and posted results directly to the bank’s reporting portal. The solution identified unsynchronized records and the specific attributes causing issues, eliminating manual intervention, improving accuracy and transparency, and delivering a low-maintenance, scalable infrastructure with lower total cost of ownership.
