Constructing a UAT Strategy for a Global Bank

APAC-based Global Bank needed to transition from a legacy system to a global post-trade management platform, which required extensive product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). To support this effort, the bank engaged Broadridge Consulting Services to help build a long-term, repeatable UAT strategy and framework.

Broadridge designed and implemented an end-to-end testing strategy that defined hardware, environments, processes, best practices, and automation for configuration changes and testing documentation. By enabling collaborative onshore/offshore testing across Bangalore and Singapore, Broadridge helped the bank improve resource utilization, standardize deliverables, and accelerate deployment by five months while creating a roadmap for more predictable future upgrades.
