Central Park Pet Retreat, a dog and cat boarding center in Salt Lake City, needed to turn happy customers into visible online reviews and improve its local presence—clients frequently promised reviews but rarely followed through. They partnered with Broadly (joined Feb. 2016) to use Broadly’s review-generation and reputation-management services, including branded email prompts and Google/Facebook listing optimization, because of its ease of use.

Broadly implemented automated, branded email review requests, profile optimization, weekly reporting and staff training, making it quick for clients to leave feedback and keeping negative feedback offline. The results: +95 Google reviews, +27 Broadly reviews, +45 Facebook reviews, roughly 8–10% business growth (about a 10% revenue increase), improved staff retention, and a stronger online presence that helped Central Park Pet Retreat win more business.
