R+V Versicherung AG, a large German insurance company, faced challenges with secure and efficient data exchange. The vendor Broadcom (via its CA API Gateway product) provided the solution. The API gateway streamlined the integration with the new industry infrastructure, ensuring secure data transfer and automatic reformatting to the required standards. This implementation, supported by partner Nagarro AG, significantly simplified processes for R+V and its brokers. The result was faster insurance quote generation, reduced processing times for customer requests, and a more secure environment for exchanging personal data.
