A local US government administration was facing the challenge of replacing its existing BMC print management software and establishing a system to charge back end users for their print services. They partnered with Broadcom to address this need.

Broadcom implemented a solution utilizing CA View, Deliver, and a Web Interface. Working with an implementation partner, Broadcom successfully converted numerous reports to the new system and trained over 200 end users and 8 administrators. The project was completed successfully within four months for an environment of 42 MSUs.
