With the implementation of Broadcom's solution, Mercantil Banco Universal consolidated its five previous tools into a single, web-based system for project, program, portfolio, demand, and resource management. The results included the centralized management of approximately 300,000 resource hours annually across 300 projects, providing greater control, standardized plans, and improved decision-making capabilities for the bank.
