The Exiles more than doubled social engagement with BRM Web Dev

The Exiles, a literary group publishing an annual journal, needed a clean, responsive website to host their online publication and improve their digital operations. Their challenges included inefficient navigation, poor social media engagement, and a lack of integrated systems for managing subscribers, communications, and merchandise sales. BRM Web Dev was engaged to build a solution that would address these needs.

BRM Web Dev implemented a typographically focused website using Python and the Flask framework, hosted on Heroku. The solution included a simplified, always-visible navigation menu, integration with Mailchimp for subscriber management and email campaigns, Google Apps for Work for collaboration, and Stripe with EasyPost for automated sales and shipping processing. Social media integration with Twitter Cards significantly boosted engagement. As a result, BRM Web Dev helped The Exiles dramatically increase their online readership, double their social media engagement, and streamline their entire operational workflow.
