Case Study: Hexta achieves integrated, scalable cloud-based logistics security with Brivo

Secure, app-based management for security in and around logistics centers

Hexta, a Netherlands-based security integrator focused on logistics sites, faced customers using legacy, standalone security systems that were hard to manage, didn’t interoperate, and lacked modern features and data capabilities. To address this, Hexta chose Brivo’s cloud-based access control platform (deployed alongside Eagle Eye Networks for video) for a pay-as-you-go, no on‑premise-server approach that is easy to install, remotely managed, and cyber secure.

Using Brivo, Hexta implemented integrated facility-wide security—access control, video surveillance, and intelligent features like license plate recognition tied to Brivo controllers—moving beyond perimeter-only protection to gate, dock, vehicle and building access. The results: Hexta has deployed more than 300 camera systems and 60 access control systems across Europe, scaled offerings without costly servers or extra hardware, enabled instant user provisioning/blocking, and expanded sales opportunities by selling full-facility cloud access control powered by Brivo.
