PlainsCapital Bank, a Dallas-based bank with more than 60 branches and over 1,100 employees, needed a unified, secure physical security platform and a single consistent user credential to support multi-site expansion while minimizing IT burden. Brivo implemented its Brivo Onair cloud access-control platform with HID iCLASS SE readers and HID mobile credentials, handling back-end infrastructure, automatic updates, and cybersecurity patches. The deployment let PlainsCapital remotely manage all locations, easily update/revoke/track credentials, improve asset and information protection, reduce time for audits and inspections, and lower overall costs—demonstrating Brivo’s ability to scale security across the bank’s footprint.
