North Bethesda Market Stopped and Found a Scalable Platform for its growing multi-tenant and multiuse property

North Bethesda Market, a high-end mixed-use property with more than 400 apartments and 200,000 square feet of retail, needed a way to secure residential, commercial and dining spaces while preserving a positive tenant experience. To meet those multi-tenant, multi-use access challenges, the property chose Brivo’s cloud-based access control and remote management platform.

Brivo deployed a scalable solution that now manages more than 75 doors and roughly 900 users organized into 15 groups, providing web-based administration, customizable access schedules, and an event activity log for investigations and law enforcement. As a result, North Bethesda Market can quickly add doors, keep retail separated from residences, manage the property from anywhere, and streamline administrator training — improving security operations and tenant experience.
