Adelante Healthcare, a nonprofit provider operating seven healthcare centers in Phoenix, struggled with an inadequate lock-and-key system that made it impossible to track keys and protect facilities and patient data. To solve this, they turned to Brivo and implemented the Brivo system, managed through a single web interface to centralize and control access across sites.

Brivo issued access cards to more than 200 staff and cleaning crews across the seven facilities, allowing one administrator to remotely program access in minutes, eliminate loose keys and associated security breaches, and provide better records and data for other departments. The Brivo solution improved staff productivity and effectiveness and delivered measurable operational gains—over 200 cardholders and centralized management of seven locations.
