The JBG Companies needed to secure North Bethesda Market’s mixed-use campus—more than 400 apartments and 200,000 sq. ft. of retail—while keeping a positive tenant experience across residential, commercial and dining spaces. They selected Brivo’s cloud-based access control and remote management platform to deliver scalable, web-enabled security and simple administration for a busy, multi-tenant property.

Brivo implemented a unified, cloud-managed system controlling more than 75 doors and roughly 900 users divided into about 15 groups, with event activity logs, mobile administration and tailored access schedules. The result: easier administrator training, on-demand remote management, improved tenant segmentation (residents-only access to apartments/amenities) and the ability to provide precise access reports to law enforcement—demonstrating clear operational and security improvements by Brivo.
