Integrating Brivo’s Access Control APIs Placed Every Spot in the Community Parking Garage

Parkable, the smart parking management platform serving Ledger’s mixed-use destination workplace, needed to deliver a frictionless parking experience with flexible pricing, mobile reservations, and time- and membership-based access rules. To meet those requirements, Parkable integrated with Brivo using Brivo’s cloud-based access control APIs to add secure, mobile gate control and permissioning to its app-based parking service.

Using Brivo’s APIs, Parkable implemented in-app booking, real-time spot availability, mobile gate opening, flexible daily/monthly passes, and an admin dashboard with occupancy tracking and automated issue resolution. The Brivo–Parkable solution removed swipe cards, enabled payments in-app, improved user experience, and is expected to reduce car park administration time by up to 93% while increasing garage utilization and operational efficiency.
