Laradon, a Denver-based organization offering 12 programs to more than 600 children and adults on an eight-acre campus, faced security risks from an aging lock-and-key system and multiple vehicle gates that required manual handling. To achieve a more reliable, cost-effective solution, Laradon selected Brivo and its access control solution to modernize campus security and centralize management.

Brivo deployed a single interface to manage doors in 15 buildings and three gates, allowing multiple administrators to control credentials, monitor all arrivals and departures (usable as a backup timekeeping system), and eliminate reliance on janitorial staff for locking. The Brivo system provides full campus visibility, remote management—critical during Colorado snow days—and greater operational efficiency and peace of mind for Laradon.
