A Brivo Case Study
Fource, an international automotive distributor (part of LKQ Europe) with ten warehouses and more than 100 branches across the Netherlands, Belgium and France, needed a way to handle nightly parts deliveries and automated drop‑offs while keeping sites secure and accountable. With hundreds of locations and nearly 3,000 employees, the old key‑based system offered no visibility into who entered facilities or who to contact about false alarms, so Fource selected Brivo’s cloud‑based access control platform (Brivo Access) to scale control across its distributed footprint.
Brivo implemented its cloud access solution — provisioning TAGs for delivery drivers, integrating video with Eagle Eye Networks and connecting via the Brivo API to Fource’s workforce and HR systems (Webfleet, Toyota i‑Site, etc.) with support from security partner Niefra. The result: centralized, remote management of overnight deliveries, clear visibility into who enters each site and when, streamlined access for nearly 3,000 employees, and measurable savings in time and operational headache — all delivered through Brivo’s platform.
