Arches Vacation Rentals Turns to Brivo Smart Home Automation providing Enhanced Guest Experiences With Streamlined Cloud-based Access Control and Remote Management

Arches Vacation Rentals, a Moab, UT manager of 80 locally owned vacation properties with 16 employees and roughly 11,000 reservations over 18 months, needed a way to simplify security and guest access as it scaled. To remove the time and stress of managing keys, codes, locks and lockout requests while enabling flexible guest check‑ins, Arches turned to Brivo and its cloud-based Brivo Smart Home automation and access-control services.

Brivo deployed its cloud access-control platform along with Brivo Smart Home thermostats and water sensors so Arches could remotely issue and revoke access codes, monitor units, and manage HVAC and water remotely. The solution eliminated manual key and lockout tasks, reduced housekeeping interventions, saved homeowners money through remote thermostat and leak monitoring, and allowed Arches to more easily onboard clients and scale operations—supporting management of 80 properties and thousands of reservations with a 16-person team.
