Carson partnered with Brivo to modernize access at 17 West 17th Street, an eleven-floor luxury mixed-use building that had relied on key fobs for more than fifteen years. The Board sought better security without a fortress-like feel, plus easier package, visitor and doorman management; Brivo’s cloud-based access control and Brivo Mobile Credentials (integrated into the Carson app) were chosen to meet those needs.

Brivo’s integration with Carson replaced physical fobs with phone-as-key credentials, enabled push-button grant/revoke access, and added package notifications, visitor management and a 24/7 remote doorman while leveraging existing cameras and readers. The result: a unified Carson app experience that owners “love,” streamlined operations for property managers, eliminated legacy fob workflows across the eleven-floor building, and delivered the flexible, reliable service Brivo promised.
