Britehouse implemented a smart mobile application with handheld devices, cloud syncing, offline capability, image capture, GPS, and route verification so contractors could monitor, verify, and record readings in real time. The result was faster customer service, higher productivity, better visibility, reduced human error, and more accurate billing, with the solution reportedly implemented in one month and significantly reducing paper-based processes.
