Sanlam Sky Solutions, a retail division of Sanlam Personal Finance in South Africa, needed to improve internal communication and increase user adoption across a dispersed workforce. Their existing intranet, SkyView, was built on Microsoft SharePoint 2010, but team members were isolated across regional offices, creating knowledge gaps and reducing collaboration.

Britehouse upgraded SkyView to SharePoint 2013 and custom developed web parts to improve search, collaboration, and the user experience, while refreshing the interface to match Sanlam Sky Solutions’ new corporate identity. The result was a more interactive digital workspace with community sites, personalised MySites, and real-time content sharing, leading to increased collaboration, better knowledge sharing, and higher user adoption across the business.
