Swaraj, part of Mahindra Swaraj in the automotive industry, needed a more flexible and stable warehouse management setup for its spares operations. The company wanted a WMS integrated with SAP ERP, better use of warehouse space, and a restructured warehouse that could support current efficiency needs and future growth. Bristlecone was engaged to address these challenges using SAP EWM.

Bristlecone implemented SAP EWM across inbound, outbound, internal, physical inventory, returns, and quality processes, with SAP RF capability. It also redesigned the warehouse layout using industry best practices to minimize material movement and improve space utilization. As a result, Swaraj achieved higher warehouse productivity, reduced picking errors, optimized logistics processes, and gained more accurate automated booking of warehouse movements.
