Bristlecone implemented a collaborative planning solution with automated forecasting, waterfall analysis, audit trails, and a customized interface linking Oracle EBS, Demantra, and Kinaxis. The result was improved productivity, better decision-making through multiple units of measure, stronger analysis of sales trends, and greater accountability across the planning cycle.
