Flextronics International, a global hi-tech manufacturing leader, was struggling to coordinate procurement and supplier collaboration across 25,000 suppliers, 39 sites, and more than 50,000 products. Bristlecone delivered SAP SNC 5.0 with Purchase Order and Dynamic Replenishment processes, integrating the solution with Flextronics’ ERP landscape and enabling web-based supplier collaboration. The project improved real-time information sharing, supported forecast visibility, automated procurement workflows, and added custom features like Excel downloads, alerts, and planning data views. The result was more effective supplier collaboration and better replenishment decisions, helping Flextronics’ suppliers procure more efficiently based on actionable forecast insights.
