Haas Automation, a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer, needed help cleansing, matching, deduplicating, and enriching customer master data spread across SAP ERP, custom CRM systems, and dealer records in multiple languages and geographies. The lack of consistent standards and multiple customer entry points made it difficult to maintain accurate, unique records.

Bristlecone implemented SAP Data Services, including Global Address Cleanse and Match, along with Dun & Bradstreet web service enrichment and SAP IDocs for syndication back to ECC. Bristlecone also put SAP DQM in place for ongoing governance, resulting in corrected and enriched customer master data, more reliable operations and analytics, and a stronger foundation for future data management initiatives.
