Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. Moves to Cloud Financial Management

Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. (CRL), a Minneapolis-based healthcare provider with multiple business entities, needed a more flexible and secure financial management system to replace Sage Peachtree. As CRL grew, manual billing, reporting, and intercompany accounting became increasingly cumbersome, and the company wanted a cloud-based solution that could better support consolidation, privacy, and financial visibility. Brinker worked with CRL through LarsonAllen’s LIFE offering, which includes Sage Intacct.

Brinker helped implement Sage Intacct in just three months, importing historical data, customizing the system, and building tailored reports for CRL’s needs. The new cloud-based platform automated inter-entity tracking, eliminations, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, while also speeding consolidations and close. CRL reported improved financial visibility, faster tax reporting, and completed its first income tax data process in half the time of previous years, all without adding finance headcount.
