PedidosYa Launches Delivery Premium in Latin America Using Bringg

PedidosYa, the leading food delivery company in Latin America connecting millions across 400+ cities and 15,000+ restaurants, wanted to create and expand its own premium delivery fleet to offer gourmet delivery with better visibility and brand control. To launch Delivery Premium, PedidosYa selected the Bringg platform to provide the underlying technology for fleet management and customer tracking.

Bringg implemented its platform to enable real-time order tracking, streamlined communication and delivery management for restaurant partners, and preserved PedidosYa’s branding across the experience. The Delivery Premium service is already live in Montevideo, Buenos Aires and Santiago with planned rollouts to Rosario, Córdoba and Mendoza; customers have given the service a very positive reception and PedidosYa reports improved customer experience and operational efficiency using Bringg.
