Panera Bread has begun rolling out Bringg’s customer-centric logistics platform across its U.S. bakery-cafes to manage an expanding delivery offering and give guests real-time visibility into orders. Facing the need for centralized control and seamless customer experiences as delivery grows, Panera selected Bringg to provide dispatch, driver management, and customer-tracking capabilities.

Bringg implemented a web- and mobile-based dispatch dashboard, driver apps, and integration with Panera’s ecommerce so stores can dispatch orders, track drivers in real time, set alerts, generate performance reports, and let customers follow and rate deliveries. The Bringg platform has centralized operations and improved visibility and responsiveness—streamlining delivery workflows, enabling performance optimization through reporting, and enhancing the end-customer experience as Panera scales its delivery program.
