MonkeySoft Solutions, a restaurant and catering software provider that grew out of Tony’s Deli, faced mounting complexity managing off‑premise channels—especially catering deliveries that require CRM, order/invoice management, driver coordination and customer visibility. Rather than build a costly in‑house delivery stack, MonkeySoft Solutions partnered with Bringg and evaluated Bringg’s delivery management and real‑time tracking platform.
Bringg was piloted with three restaurant brands and then integrated into MonkeySoft Solutions’ product suite, enabling direct order dispatch to drivers via the Bringg app, live tracking for customers and operators, and photo proof‑of‑delivery for audits and training. The Bringg integration delivered a quick ROI: faster, more efficient dispatching, improved fleet visibility, and a significant reduction in customer service calls around catering deliveries.
