Coca-Cola Targets Small Retailers with Coke on Demand App

Coca-Cola faced the challenge of avoiding lost sales and keeping products flowing in small, mom-and-pop retail outlets. To address this, the company encouraged these stores to use a mobile replenishment tool — the "Coke on Demand" app built by supply-chain startup Bringg — to order cans and cases on demand.

Bringg’s app was rolled out across six countries to give small retailers a direct, on-demand ordering channel, enabling faster replenishment of shelves. While Coca-Cola hasn’t published specific metrics, the Bringg-powered solution is designed to reduce out-of-stock incidents and improve product availability for small stores.
