Fullpath, a software/SaaS company in the automotive industry, sought to enhance its employee experience and increase internal awareness of its new brand identity following a rebrand. The challenge, addressed with Brilliant, was to create a milestone gifting program that celebrated key career moments while reflecting the company's new brand ethos.

Brilliant implemented a program using its Storefront platform to send custom gift pages for onboarding and anniversaries. Employees could choose from over 30 curated items of branded apparel.
