Chamberlain Coffee, a specialty coffee brand founded by Emma Chamberlain, sought to boost its retail presence and drive in-store sales. The brand needed a solution to increase foot traffic to its retail partners, incentivize purchases while staying compliant with sweepstakes regulations, and collect first-party data. They partnered with Brij to achieve these goals.
Brij implemented a nationwide sweepstakes powered by QR codes and an AI receipt validation solution. Customers scanned a code to upload their receipt, which Brij's AI analyzed to validate purchases and enter them into the sweepstakes. This solution drove over 750 in-store purchases and captured nearly 9,000 customer email addresses, achieving a 24% scan-to-registration conversion rate for Chamberlain Coffee.
