Ritchey Design Use Discussions in SharePoint 2013 for Advanced Collaboration

Ritchey Design, a global leader in high‑quality bicycle components, needed a cloud-based project management solution to better manage its New Product Development process and to track ownership, deadlines and responsiveness at the task level. Ritchey selected BrightWork, deploying BrightWork Online on SharePoint 2013 (hosted by Project Hosts) to connect task-level work with collaborative discussions across its global teams.

BrightWork implemented a redesigned Discussion App treated as a work item, integrated with the BrightWork Reporting Engine, custom views and dashboards to link Project Tasks to Discussion Forums and report across projects. The solution increased project visibility and accountability and, as a result, improved Ritchey Design’s time to market.
