Group Health Cooperative Deploys Economical, Scalable Solution for Project Management

Group Health Cooperative, a large healthcare organization later acquired by Kaiser Permanente, needed to rapidly standardize project management across its Enterprise PMO before launching one of its most complex initiatives. Project work was managed in isolated groups, and leadership wanted an economical way to structure project information and enforce consistent processes using existing tools, so they engaged BrightWork.

BrightWork implemented a fast, SharePoint-based solution with configurable project templates, roll-up dashboards, and a standardized site look and feel. The BrightWork deployment gave Group Health Cooperative an economical, scalable way to collect consistent project data, make work visible across portfolios, and control critical non-project work—improving portfolio oversight and accelerating project intake while keeping costs down.
