Police Credit Union, a midsize South Australian credit union serving over 40,000 members with more than $1.135 billion in assets, struggled with inconsistent project management and poor adoption of a previous tool that left senior leaders without real‑time visibility. BrightWork implemented a consistent Change Management Framework—rolling out a Standard Template to all project managers and customized Work Tracker templates for actions and policy reviews—centralizing project data and delivering real‑time dashboards and flexible reporting.
