Modernizing a legacy member and tournament management platform for the American Junior Golf Association

American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), a youth golf organization managing 8,000+ members and more than 200 annual tournaments, needed to replace its slow, outdated home-grown SQL database. AJGA partnered with Brightspot and PwC to modernize its operations with a new Salesforce-based solution and an easy-to-use web experience.

Brightspot built the presentation layer on top of Salesforce, enabling AJGA to power membership applications and renewals, tournament stats and results, rankings, schedules, player search, and payments/donations. The new platform improved the user experience for players, coaches, and staff, and Brightspot continued to support enhancements such as reusable content templates, a mobile-optimized live leaderboard and scorecard, and improved membership and donation workflows.
