Brightspot delivered a unified CMS (consolidating 5 platforms) with Smart Selector functionality, extensive taxonomies and a content prioritization system, dynamic content controls and A/B testing, plus visual design, engineering, QA, and publishing support. The Brightspot implementation increased page speed scores from the upper 70s to the upper 90s, redesigned 100% of content templates and promo modules, and improved Healthgrades’ ability to serve ultra‑targeted branded and unbranded content to maximize traffic and revenue.
