rag & bone, a London-based high-end apparel retailer, engaged Melissa Ulto to add digital signage across its extensive store network. The challenge was to deploy custom-designed installations for more than 100 stores across the United States and the United Kingdom while providing a reliable, scalable platform; BrightSign’s HD and XD media players were chosen to power the project.

BrightSign delivered a turnkey solution—installing HD/XD players and using BrightAuthor and BrightWall to manage zoned content and video-wall effects—while its management tools let individual boutiques curate and update content. The rollout produced dramatic results: large-format video walls (including a 15-screen Soho installation and a 12-screen Los Angeles display), rich 4K and commissioned creative content, wide pedestrian engagement, and an initial deployment of 100+ stores with plans to nearly double the footprint following the project’s success.
