The Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Francisco’s Union Square needed to replace a temperamental 3x8 video wall mounted 20 feet above the lobby with a hard deadline of December 24 and strict budget constraints. BrightSign’s solution used 24 XD1132 players running BrightWall and BrightScript, producing 1080p per display and controlled from a single Apple iPad Air 2; the players were wall-mounted in an accessible area below the video wall for easy maintenance.
