Dior Installs BrightSign Players in 13 Counters Around the World

Dior deployed synchronized video walls in 13 stores and concessions across Europe and Asia and faced two main challenges: each location used locally installed, non‑standard screen formats, and some stores could not accept content uploads over the Internet due to security restrictions. To drive the multi‑screen displays and meet Dior’s luxury POS requirements, the project team selected BrightSign solid‑state players as the playback platform.

BrightSign supplied players, BrightAuthor software and optional BrightSign Network access, with content delivered either remotely or on SD cards for offline stores; Digitalli managed worldwide synchronization and formatting. The solution delivered reliable Full HD playback on 2–5 synchronized screens per wall across 13 locations (France, UK, Italy, Spain, Russia, China and Japan), supported over 30 videos per month, simplified in‑store updates handled by local staff, and matched the quality of much more costly systems.
