BrightSign’s solution—six HD210 players driving custom two-panel 46" LED menu boards—was installed to deliver crisp 1080p playback, day-parted menus, and graphical promotions. OSM uses BrightAuthor to publish content and BrightSign Network to remotely update and monitor playback confirmations and auto-recovery; the deployment enabled remote updates from Austin to sites in Los Angeles and Trumbull, CT, provided scalable, energy-efficient, low‑maintenance operation, and helped the restaurants attract customers and stay operationally compliant.
