BrightSign powers the screens at top fashion brands

Stella McCartney commissioned Freehand to create an “arrows” window installation across 14 flagship stores worldwide and needed a compact, reliable digital signage solution that could be concealed inside the display features, synchronized across multiple screens, and avoid unsightly cabling. BrightSign supplied the players for the project, using one BrightSign XD230 with Wi‑Fi module per screen to meet these constraints.

BrightSign players (supplied via distributor Pixels and installed by Freehand) were deployed across 40 screens in 14 Stella McCartney locations in London, the USA, continental Europe and Asia, with up to ten XD230 units wirelessly synchronized to produce a ticker effect. The result was a clean, fully synchronized window promotion with hidden hardware and no network cabling, delivering reliable operation across flagship stores and measurable deployment of 40 screens in 14 locations.
